This page shows the interaction of various color paints. These paints can be combined to make new colors. All colors of paint added together should give black, but will actually be brown or gray. Pigment (used in painting or printing) is often based on CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black).
Note: Actual paint or pigment will produce different colors than these. Some colors are stronger than others and will have a larger effect on the final color. For instance, yellow is not a strong color—extra yellow must be added to achieve the correct color.
